Arkan Group Oil Services LLC is a 100% Libyan-owned oil services company headquartered in Benghazi and registered in February 2025 under commercial license No. 2025-0284. We provide comprehensive logistics support and technical oilfield services to oil and gas operators, national and international companies, contractors, service providers and suppliers operating across Libya.
From our base in Benghazi we serve the Sirte Basin and the major producing fields of eastern and central Libya, with extended coverage of western Libya through our vetted partner network.
